Émile-Jacques Ruhlmann was a legendary French designer, whose concepts and craftsmanship epitomize the glamour of the French Art Deco era of the 1920s and continue to leave a lasting legacy. Brasserie Ruhlmann pays homage to the early 20th-century icon, as well as to the art-and-intellectualism era of the Parisian brasserie.

Enjoy the casual elegance of this midtown haven, centrally located in New York’s Rockefeller Center. The stylish dining room is bathed in golden lighting and wrapped in mahogany wood, accented with red velvet chairs and crisp, white tablecloths. It’s a prime location for business lunches, relaxed dinners, holiday celebrations and private events. He’s built a career at Michelin and New York Times rated restaurants and has created BLT Steak, BLT Prime & BLT Fish. He can be found executing his dream menu as he serves a modern version of dishes that are reminiscent of his French homeland.
